View Full Version : cannot find my enrolled course

Hi, I have enrolled in ActivInspire level 1 training and I used the online course yesterday. However, today when I went to ActivLearning and clicked "already enrolled in a course", I was directed to "welcome to Activlearning" page, not the course I've enrolled in. Any idea? please help.

Try logging into Planet first, and then click on the link. You should then get to your course listing.

Actually, this is what I have done. I tried it again just now and even if I have logged into Planet, I was directed to "welcome to Activlearning", "need to register?" page.

Which browser are you using? Some folks have had issues with Firefox.

That's great. Wonder what the issue is with Firefox! :confused:

Looks like this is a cache issue with Firefox. Try going to Tools and Clear Private Data. Next, close out and then relaunch your browser. Login to Planet and then proceed to the Already Enrolled link.

I tested this out and it worked for me! :)
