Shapres Toolbar

How can I keep the shapes toolbar open and ready for use on the flipchart? I can open the shapes toolbar but as soon as I use one of the tools the shapes toolbar closes. I teach secondary mathematics and use the shapes tools very frequently during each class period.

I don't believe there is a way to keep the shapes toolbar up at all times, but you might want to consider dropping the Shapes action object onto each of your flipchart pages for easy access to the toolbar.

To do this, go to the Action Browser and click on the Drag and Drop tab. Then scroll down to shapes and drag and drop the icon onto the flipchart page. When you click on that icon, the shapes tool is activated and the toolbar will show up. You can drag and drop the icon in as many places as you'd like.
