Software instalation

My problem is with the instalation of promethean software on my pc. I have windows Vista and, almost in the end of the instalation, my computer opens a window that says that the unit G is not valid. Well, I don't have any idea about what that means :confused:... Help :(

I haven't heard of this problem before. Is it from a web download or a cd. if it is a web download I would try downloading again & see if the new download is more successful.

I tryed bouth, cd and download from your site. In bouth instalations the message is the same. I tryed to understand if it was samething related to the Windowns' Firewall but it was a dead end because I really don´t understand what is the G unit... one that I don´t have in my computer. Same days ago I install the same software in a computer similar to mine and there was no problem. My colleague is working fine with it preparing the lessons. No one from my school had this problem also... but this problem only appeared in the instalation of this software, on this computer.
