I am looking for Promethean's Photo/Video Release Form, for parents to sign, so that students can participate in the video.

I'll check and see if this document exists. I saw on the Film Festival Guidelines this quote:

"If the submission contains any person(s) other than the Entrant, by entering this contest, Entrant confirms that they have received permission from other person(s) featured in the entry for Promethean to use their image for publicity including posting on website(s)."

So perhaps your district has this type of document. I know the county where I live has something like this that they send home with the kids at the beginning of the school year.

We have one for the district, but it only covers sites affiliated with the district. Let me know if you find anything... I've been searching and searching.

Hello Lisa,
maybe you can help me, I want to upload my video for the "Video contest 2010" but I cannot see any link that allows me to do that. :confused: There is no link in the web page with the Entry form. I just filled out the form and summit it without video. Would you please give some advise on where do I go to upload or what to do to upload my video if you know it. Please let me know asap as time is running out to participate and I don' t want to let down my students and parents.:(
