View Full Version : Bought the training but how do I access it?

It was my plan to learn how to use my board over the holiday break. So I purchased Level 1 training, received acknowledgment that my order has been received, but then nothing else. I've email repeatedly but have heard nothing. Now there's only 2 days left of holiday break!
How do I access the training?

Hi Cereed,
I'm not sure exactly how far you have gotten in your exploration. But first go to the "Professional Development" tab up top in Planet.
Then go to "ActivLearning" You can also go directly from the sub tab of the Professional Development tab.
If you have enrolled, you can click the link at the bottom "View My Course Listing"

Which browser are you using to access activlearning?

Sometimes Firefox will not work . Try using IE and perhaps that will help you see and access the training you paid for.

I sent you a private message with a contact info for you to get furthur help on this.
