Board doesn't work

Yesterday a teacher used the board before lunch - after lunch it didn't work. When I
checked the computer I couldn't see the device (Device not found - USB-board). I know the USB-port works because a pendrive works fine in that port.
When I checked devices on my computer - No human Interface is showing. So I can't upgrade any drivers.
We have checked cable connection to the board and the board has power - but the system can't find it.

What is the next step?
Any good ideas?

Hi Christine, I'll email you now about this, when we solve it I'll post that here too so others can know what happened.


tested all cables and pc settings, appears to be a board fault, reseller is dealing with it

well the situation might be different, please send an email to technical support through the website, and include the board serial number, how the board is connecting (serial/usb) and make sure you are using the latest version of the driver and software.
