Active manager icon not lit

The active manger icon is not lit, therefore the pens will not work. The computer is still projecting onto the
board and it has power. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Few things you need to check.

1. Is there power for the board? You will need to install power cord -> power supply unit -> power cable -> board. If board is power up, you should need see the board power button lit up on the top left hand corner.

2. Is the USB cable connected correct? Recommend to connect the power cable directly to PC/laptop USB port without going through any USB hub.

3. Is the driver working? If you have another machine, recommend to test it with another PC/Laptop.
