Hi ...

I'm very glad that you offer a Linux-Version of ActivInspire. I installed AI with th egiven repository-adresse that I found here in the forum.

Compared with the Windows-Version I've got a problem with the overlay-modus: It is not working. Everytime I click on the Overlay-Button a new page in the flipchart is created. Sometimes the Desktop come to Front today it doesn't. But I cann't seen an annotation on the screen ...

Is it a common Linux-problem? Or a problem with KDE?

Any suggestions are welcome +wave+

The same problem in Ubuntu 9.04.

In Linux version (Ubuntu 9.04) of activinspire, there isn't "Desktop Annotation" tool.
There is only "Desktop Overlay" tool, which isn't working. (it only inserts new page to flipchart).
Is this a bug, or problem with Desktop effects ?
So I didn't understand the diference between desktop icon "ActivInspire (No desktop effects)" and "ActivInspire" too.
