Hi there,
We have had to replace an activhub for one of our sets of Activotes. I have been able to register the Activotes to the new hub however when I try to start a new Activote session nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions what I might have done wrong or how I can fix this.
Thanks

There isn't a whole lot of information that you are providing to determine for sure what the problem might be - but there is certainly help available. :)
I am wondering if you are using the Blue Question Mark for the Express Poll or if you are trying to use pre-created questions by pressing the green button on the tool bar...
Go to the Blue Question mark and determine if you are using Votes or the Expressions by seeing what pops up around the wheel. If you have a bunch of options, then you need to switch to Votes instead of the Expressions. This is done by going to the bottom icon on the wheel and then when you see the images pop up below - select the VOTE icon (instead of the Expression icon).
Hopefully this helps some - but more information might be needed to be of assistance further. :)

Bryce,
If you are using ActivInspire then the default goes to the ActivExpression. If you will only be using the Activote then you want to have ActivInspire running and go into your Settings. The first thing there is the "Learner Response System". Go to the bottom of that window and change the "Devices to target for voting sessions" to Activotes. Otherwise, it will always default to the ActivExpressions.
Make sure you are upgraded to ActivInspire 1.3+wave+

Tai's response should fix your issue. However, another thing you may want to check is upgrading your hub. I know its brand new, but we need to remember that these things ship from the factory a while before they end up on your doorstep. Even a new PC will need to be updated upon first use.
Yo upgrade your hub, plug it in. click on the ActivManager ( little Promethean icon in your taskbar).
Then click Control Panel;
select your hub.
select load and make sure the internet radio button is selected.
Lastly, click upgrade.
