Hello,
I am relatively new to this board. I recently imported pictures from my digital camera to dump into "my images" in the Activstudio resource library. When I go to place the pictures on the flipchart, they are HUGE! They are more like backgrounds than images. I am able to resize the pictures, but the process is very slow and tedious, possibly due to the fact that the pictures take so long to work with because they are so big. Is there anything I can do about this?

You need to resize them before you add them to the resource library.

A typical 8 megapixel camera produces images that are 3266 x 2450 pixels, way too big to stick on a flipchart with a typical resolution of 1024x768

Use a freeware tool such as irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/)or the gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) to resize them in batch, then add them. I'd recommend a maximum size of 1024x768 or 800x600 to make them manageable and still keep a decent quality - but it really does depend what you want to do with them.
