Oversenstitive Pen with Activslate

How do I control the sensitivity of the pen.

Sometime randomly when I am scrolling back and forward through pages of my flipchard on the activboard, instead of the page going backward and forward,,,,the page transition menu will open up.....very frustrating when it happens.


Also when I use the activslate, the right click gets activated even though I am not clicking the barrel button of the pen.

How do I fix this?

If you want to turn the right click off, temporarily, you can go to the tool store and load the icon that looks like a mouse. That will disable the right click, temporarily.

What version of AS2 are you running, this used to happen to me on an earlier one.....

Just occasionally for all sorts of reasons, the switch within the pen becomes stuck - sometimes from being used a bit harshly, but sometimes, because technology likes to control :D , it could be that your pen is suffering from this. Are you able to try a different pen?

Can I suggest you contact the Atlanta office if you feel there is a problem? It is always tricky to try and support remotely on issues such as these. What you are describing shouldn't be happening. That might make you feel better at least knowing that +wave+ +wave+
