Language Support

Hi All
Can any one help me as to where I can download Japanese and French language support for the electronic whiteboards.

Not entirely sure what you mean here. Using ACTIVstudio you can go into Menu (Promethean man)\studio settings\language\select another language. If you use the latest build (2.1.23) then you will get all the latest languages available.

One thing to be aware of is that some languages require extra files installing into the windows system.
For example, if you change to Russian on an english OS then all the text within activstudio will show up as question marks. This is because it requires extra files to support it within windows - this is also true of arabic, chinese & japanese. To add these to your system you need to change settings within control panel/regional settings. This will probably require the windows install cd
