Does anyone know why when I launch dual pen, the teacher pen works fine while the calibration of the student pen is way off??

which OS are you using & how is the board connected?

It's the new 87" AB+2 Board with Inspire software that was shipped with it about 3 weeks ago. They do not have the latest version 1.3 that has come out in the last few days. I tried on my mac and also on a pc. Same results. Could there be something wrong with the board or would this possibly be taken care of by upgrading to the latest version? Has anyone heard of this happening before?
