Activote Registration

My team has used Promethean Boards for at least 4 years and we have just recently switched over to ActivInspire. We are all having problems using our Activotes. When I try to allocate the devices by name, the red light on the vote flashes, but the green one never comes on. To fix this we have been clearing the registration and re-registering the devices. After we do this it will work fine for a while and then we will encounter the same problem. We do not have hubs. Is anyone else having this problem?????
