Primary images

When we use the ActivPrimary interface for ActivInspire, all images come with a hot pink background. The only way we can change that is to go to the property browser, and under miscellaneous, mark the transparency "true". But we have to do this for every image we put into a flipchart. Is there a way to make this transparency part of the default in a profile, so it doesn't have to be changed each time? It is happening in the regular (non-Primary) too, but that is white, not hot pink...so there must be someway to change it in the default.

there should be a button on the resource tray with a tooltip of toggle transparency. This should be selected, ie red, for the transparency to be off for all objects.
There is also a checkbox in the settings/flipchart objects. In the resource library area make sure there is a tick in "resource items retain transparency"

Thanks! The second suggestion for the settings worked, but we didn't follow the "tooltip" option.
