Text Box Wrapping Issues

When using the typing tool, my text wrap doesn't work. So, when I type a line of words, it the line comes to the edge of the page, instead of wrapping (returning and starting a new line), it just keeps typing right of the page into nowhere land.

As a result, every time I create flipchart, I need to hit Enter when I'm nearing the edge of the page (to start a new line). Any thoughts or solutions are welcomed. It's driving me nuts!

When you start a new text object, it defaults to not word wrapping.

However if you resize its width by any amount (using the width sizer marquee handle to the right of the text box), your typing will then start to word wrap to the width of the text box.

Thanks. Interesting. Seems like it would just wrap and then I would resize accordingly...like in Word. I got it to work though. Thanks!

The problem I find is that when I paste text into a text box, the line continues out into the universe and there's no way to get to the RIGHT side of the box. When I then resize using width sizer on the LEFT marquee handle, only the first line wraps. I have to keep dragging the resizer to the right end of the window, changing to selector and repositioning the text, then repeat ad nauseum until it all wraps.

Anyone got a solution? I'm on Mac. Thanks!

When you make a text field, first of all draw the resizer a little bit before you insert the text. This will help you!
