ActivInspire with Activslates and eraser problems

Hi All -
I was given an Activslate last year when we used the older software. Now I'm wondering if it works with the ActivInspire software. Would someone please let me know..I'm mainly using the Primary Feel ActivInspire
and having a hard time finding the specific Teacher Tools Menu described in the instructional manual.
One more question....every time I try to use the eraser tool, I get a "sand timer" that lasts for a good thirty seconds to a minute, then I eraser another little bit and it happens again...anyone else having that problem? To me that usually indicates a memory problem but nothing else causes that to happen on my laptop. It's just a pain as you frequently go to use it during the day.

PS, Am I correct in saying that the revealer tool only pulls from the top in ActivInspire?

I think I can answer some of your questions!

1. My Activslate works with Inspire. You have to register it. View - Dashboard- Configure - Register Devices.

2. Which Teacher Tools are you still looking for?

3. I haven't had any issues with the eraser tool. Maybe you should check for updates and make sure you have the most current driver. View - Dashboard - Configure - Check for Updates.

4. The reveal tool works from the top, bottom, left, and right in Inspire. You should see something that looks like a pull for a windowshade (string with a loop) and you should be able to reveal from all sides.
