View Full Version : ActivExpressions Will Not Configure

I have been configuring both Activotes and Activ Expressions for my school. I have come across a brand new set of Activexpressions and went to configure them as I have done about 10 times before. I plugged in the hub. I opened up the register device panel. I cleared all devices, then when I clicked on the ActivExpressions picture it gave me a warning box stating "No more ActivExpressions can be registered" The count showing is O. I tried removing and reinserting the hub, same results. I tried restarting ActivInspire - same results. I tried restaring the computer and program, same results. Is there something I can do to get this set working? Is it a bad Hub? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Lou!

I have only seen this once in a year and a half - and it was determined that it was a faulty hub. However, I would check to see if the firmware on the hub is version 5.10: check through the Activmanager found on your desktop. If not, you will need to update your hub. There are videos on You Tube that can walk you through this. The thread titled EXPRESSIONS just a few threads below yours has links for that. Good luck!

Thanks. I did check and I did have the current version 10.5 but while I was in there checking I tried the Reset Hub button and it worked.
