Problem Editing Image from Resources

I have a user who has a fresh install of Inspire. While we were training, she was trying to turn Drag a copy on for an image from the resource library. That option, as well as the other editing tools (increase/decrease size etc.) were grayed out. This was not the case for any objects that she had created with the shape tool. I tried multiple images and found it was true for all of them. When I went into the property menu of the object, the options then became available. But, it would still be unavailable for any new images that were pulled out. Any ideas for how to fix this?

Do you know if she is using the Personal or Professional version of ActivInspire?

It is the professional edition.

Try having her switch to another Profile. She may have edited that profile to not allow for editing.

Ok, we figured it out. We just had to click off the image and then click back on it. Thank you for your help!
