flipchart download problems

Hi, I am a new user of promethean planet and I am having problems with downloading flipcharts. The flipcharts are not transferring into my flipchart folders. Do I need to download something on this website to enable this to happen?

Anything you download from Promethean Planet should go wherever ANY file that you would download from the internet goes.

So if you click to download a flipchart, just click save (NOT open) when you are prompted and it will download to that place (may be the desktop?). You may then move them in Windows or Mac to wherever you want flipcharts to be housed.

Thanks for your reply. Where should I save the flipchart to if I want to transfer it directly into my flipchart folders?

I'm not sure what the folder name is. Perhaps you can do a search for a flipchart that is in that folder via your OS search and see what folder it is in and use that information to determine the path.
