View Full Version : Inspire failing to start

I am using inspire to help colleagues at another school, but the software has developed a fault and will not load:
I get this when starting inspire..

I have 2 questions...
1) any idea what is wrong and a way to nfix it (currently trying to uninstall and reinstall inspire)
2) Will I need to reinput the licence code. I have a licence because we have AS3. If I need to reinstall again next year, will the AS3 code still be valid?

Have you tried a reinstall Dave, its certainly not a problem anyone else seems to be seeing judging by the lack of response.

Tried that and it still happens. I'm guessing it is because it is a networked machine and that I need to get the machine rebuilt.

Downloaded the new v 1.3.5xxx and it will not load up. I did an uninstall and tried again. This time it asked for registration numbers so I tried to use the personal edition rather than the professional. It still will not load up.
I'm using Mac Snow Leopard.
