board very slow to respond

I just updated my board to use ActivArena.

Now my board is very slow to respond to any pen use. It is recognised - the cursor moves, but it fails to do anything else - move icons, draw, etc. Everything works fine if I were to use my mouse on the computer so it must be the board

Any suggestions?

reading other posts - yep, turning handwriting recognition off fixes it - a shame really

Don't worry. Inspire does not need the system handwriting recognition to be on for the Inspire handwriting recognition to work. Does that make sense?
On Mac turning off Ink does not affect handwriting recognition in Inspire.
