New Pen

Hello,
We recently purchased new Promethean Boards that come with the new pen. What I mean by new is that it is a darker grey, no orange button (it is now white-ish), and shaped differently. I found have that the pen only works on the board it came with. Is that true? With the old board, we were able to trade/switch pens without any issues. This was with the old and old pen. Did something change? If so, how are we able to change pens if one were to break?

No, nothing changed. NEW pens should work on any NEW board. The old pens won't work on the new board and the new pens won't work on the old board.
