I have a flip chart with my own sound files and my own .jpg file and an animated .gif
file.

How do I bundle all this up and move it to the teacher's computer without having to re-edit
where the flipchart is suppose to get the sound file from?

Right now, after I move this to the teacher's computer, the flipchart is looking for the sound
file with a path on my computer rather than hers? Do I have to go into the flip chart on her
computer in design mode and repoint where I want my container to get the sound file from?

This seems stupid. I might as well create the whole flip chart on her computer.

What am I doing wrong?

We are talking develop on a MAC and copying it all to another MAC.

Thanks,
Jen

Is it in Inspire?

Yes, I am using the latest and greatest of ActiveInspire.

One solution is to add the files by using the insert > Link > File option instead of using the actions browser. This will give you an option to embed the file into the flipchart. Warning, this will create much larger flipchart files, but all the files will go with the flipchart and not have to be rerouted.

The key is to EMBED the file, so it is included in the flipchart file rather than searching for a file following a specific pathway on the original computer.
