Hi there,
I received a disk to upgrade the firmware of my 78" board to 3.9 or something like that for 2 pens usage.
I accidentally selected English US rather than English Aus/NZ. It had some issue with the 3rd choice 'English', which I tried first then failed. I then proceeded to US english and it froze for some time - so I disconnected.
Now the board won't connect via USB.
What's the next step?
