Downloading resource packs

Hi :)

I'm new to ActivInspire and I just tried to download my first resource pack, but when I click on "Download resource pack" I get a box saying it's an unknown file type and asking if I want to save the file or find a program online to open it. I've tried saving it, but it doesn't then open in ActivInspire. Can anyone advise?

When you click to download, youare asked to open or save: choose save. Note where you save it.

Could be saving to your desktop. Once it's downloaded, open ActivInspire and go to the menu, select file, import resource pack to Shared Resources and navigate to the file you just downloaded. It should import the contents of that resource pack into your resource library.
