Hi
When I create a flipchart with the laptop not connected to the board or if I make a flipchart on my home computer and either email it or save it on a memory stick I have problems displaying the flipchart. When I load the flipchart it has a much reduced white page with a large grey border and black background. I can't stretch the white area of the page and all pictures and text are too small really to use. This is a problem all my colleagues also have so it can't just be my computer etc.. Any ideas how to prevent this or get rid of it? It is not really convienient or comfortable to create flipcharts whilst sitting at the laptop when connected to the board.
Thank you.

The problem is it is not connected to a VGA device such as a projector, moniter, etc. That is the reason!

Good Luck! Hope this helped some....

Thank you ... but I never had this problem with Activprimary 2. This problem means that I can not really prepare any flipcharts and have moved to using powerpoint instead. Is there no way round it?

Honestly I don't know, last year I switch to desktop, so I really do not know? All I know is you could set a old moniter sitting around the house beside you in the floor connect it to your laptop that is all I can really thank of.

Hope this helps!

Good Luck!

That can't be right - you shouldn't have to connect to a peripheral to make the screen size correct.
It could be something in the default Display settings...
OR
in ActivPrimary try Menu > Page Scale > Best Fit
You may have accidentally got into 75% scale or something like that.

Let us know if that sorts the problem.
