Mulit-User Flipchart??

I recently downloaded a few Flipcharts from Promethean Planet. Some are normal flipcharts and are working perfectly. However, the multi-user flipcharts will not open!! Can anybody tell me how to access these flipcharts as they are stored in ActivePrimary location??

There are two types of flipcharts stored on Promethean Planet.

Activstudio/Activprimary flipcharts (with an extension .flp)
ActivInspire flipcharts (with an extension .flipchart)

ActivInspire supports dual user mode but ActivPrimary does not. You should be able to upgrade ActivPrimary to ActivInspire and be able to open either type of flipchart.

When you find a flipchart you want to download, you will notice an icon next to the description that signifies it is an ActivInspire flipchart. So if you have ActivPrimary or ActivStudio, those applications will not be able to open them.
