Hi! My colleagues are using Activstudio (I am using Inspire) and they are having a lot of trouble with the calibration. Not all of the teachers, but the majority are saying that they are using Studio and they will lose calibration in the middle of a lesson and then have to go back and recalibrate. They are also reporting that they have to recalibrate every morning. Has anyone seen this issue before and does anyone know how to solve it?

Thanks!

I just witnessed it happening to a teacher during class. The pen suddenly would not respond and after touching the trackpad on the laptop, the pen function returned - BUT the calibration was off. He was only annotating over a blank page - nothing unusual - no preprepared information.

OSX 10.5.8
Inspire 1.3.15321

Hi, George.

I will recommend to bring the laptop and connect it to another unit of Activboard. Main idea to identify what cause the problem.

If you still have the same problem on the laptop after you replaced Activboard, it might be your laptop or software issue.

If you don't face the problem, it might be something to do with the Activboard.

At least, it is easier for you to explain to Promethean Tech Support with the fact on hand.
