That date you post is YOUR date and no one else can guess that date.
Only your first post counts; you cannot submit more than one guess.

The person who guesses the right date will win something. :D
We'll have to pick a time zone, too, so a date starts a midnight in UK.

That's a really interesting topic. I have another question. I have received my Promethean training, but do not have access to a Promethean board, nor will I have access at any time in the foreseeable future. How can I implement the training I have received? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

So you're saying you have ActivInspire software (and have been training on it) but have no board or anything to use it interactively with your students?

I know many teachers who use the software without a board. Our district is slowly working toward getting boards into classrooms. I used the software for at least six months before I got my board. A wireless mouse works wonderfully with the software. I have also seen an "I pen" that works pretty good with it. Not as good as the real board, but pretty close to the next best thing.

Or an Activslate and a projector. :)

I guess so if you want the big prizes they have. I was just going to try to get some t-shirts and/or small promotional items. So it seems there are two deals here. This "little" one and the new big Promethean-sponsored one!

Tuesday 29th December around 11 am (GMT) we hit 500,000 members! [clap] and they are still coming!
Even through the Christmas break the planet site has continued to be popular, whilst visits from our strongest countries, US, UK and Australia diminished as the Christmas holidays started and festivities were celebrated, visits from other countries continued and resulted in a constant stream of new members.

The planet team are thrilled at reaching this milestone and do wish each and every one of our members a Happy New Year!

We have some new planet functionality for members to unveil early in the New Year and we are sure that the improved community aspect of the site will be welcome by members new and old!
