Hello! +wave+
A lady at my school is having some issues with her board. The flame emblem in the upper left hand side of her board constantly blinks blue and she is unable to get the dashboard to come up in ActivStudio to calibrate it that way, either. Any ideas for a fix? TIA!

Turn the board off and on again. If it is still flashing blue it will have to be tech suppport:)

I think it may be a tech support issue, then. :( We already tried turning it off/on, re-plugging all the cables, etc.
