ACTIVstudio and Ahead Nero

I suspect that there's little that can be done about this, but when I start up AS2 on my laptop (and other laptops at school), Windows always tries to run an install of Nero (the CD buring software). I have to cancel 3 dialog boxes which say:
"Please wait while Windows configures Nero Burning Rom."
The same thing also happens when I click on the Resouce Library button.

I must admit that there's at least one other piece of software that does the same thing, so I suspect that it's an issue with Nero not AS2, but do you have any suggestions or fixes? I've tried a reinstall of Nero.

I have seen a similar problem when office has just been installed on the pc. If you install office & then run AS2 before running office then AS2 brings up a number of messages saying it is trying to install office. In this situation the way to fix it is to run office and accept the license agreement etc. Then the next time you run AS2 the office messages don't appear.
Perhaps if you run nero and then try AS2 again this might help.
