Reindexing the Resource Library

Help! I have been reading several different places on this forum how to re-index my resource library in Active Inspire. I am using the 1.2 version and my computer uses a Mac OS. I have downloaded several resource packs from PP, and I have tried reindexing them. The computer says it might take a while, but it finishes way too fast--like in about 5 seconds. I've tried to search for various objects or backgrounds that I KNOW I have in my shared resources, but it always comes back saying nothing matches my search results. I've checked the advanced search feature, and everything is checked, so I would think it should return many results.

It's driving me crazy!!

Hi Tamen,
Is it possible that you have unchecked boxes in your search option.

You've probably done this but confirm that you've clicked on the Shared Resources icon, select the top level folder and then Index this folder. Do you think you might possibly be indexing the MY Resources area?
