Expressions: Wrong Right answer

The attached flipchart show how the "correct" text answer entered on the computer does not match the what is input by a ActivExpressions device. Question was asked using ExpressPoll.

The string "1x+5y" is entered on the "Assign correct answer" window, but the text marked as correct with green highlighting is "1x5y" in the Horizontal Bar Graph (the plus sign is missing).

Yes I was able to replicate this.
This is happening because the answer is in "alphanumeric" with math symbols format and not pure text or pure numeric input.
