pen delay

I am on a MAC and using OSX v 10.6 and am having trouble with the pen seeming to delay or skip sometimes. Is there a way to correct this?

Same problem here. We had 6 New ActivBoards installed just last week. I am the Tech Support. It is happening only with older Dell D600's xp. Tried Calibration a few times. Could it be the memory in the laptops? I also noticed the teachers were keeping Outlook email and other programs open at the same time. I told them to try closing other programs

Our Promethan boards are 4 years old. We installed ActivInspire this year on all our teacher laptops. Some of our teachers reported a pen delay issue recently and I believe the fix was to update the firmware.

This is an issue that is fixed in v. 1.3, which should be released sometime soon from what I understand.
