HI +wave+
i have a batch of HP 530 laptops which are causing a bit of a problem with the promethean speakers, where the power cable to the laptop is plugged in it is causing electrical feedback\background noise buzzing and hissing noises on the speakers but when the cable is unpluged just from the laptop the sound quality is really good. i know the obvious fix is to not have the laptop plugged in but does any one have a really good fix for this or is any one else suffering from the same problem with the same laptops.
please advise or let me know what you have done to resolve this. p.s. have even replaced the power charger with a brand new one out of the pack.
