Anyone encountered a problem of ActivInspire - Not Responding (locking up) when you are using the ActivSlate and ActivExpressions? This has happened to me multiple times. Currently running the most current Inspire.

It's worth making sure that your ActivHub has the latest version of firmware - you can check this via ActivManager, click on the Promethean icon in the system tray and select "control Panel" - the latest version for the ActivHub is currently V5.10 - if you select the entry "ActivHub" you will see that the "upgrade" button becomes available and you can upgrade the device via the internet.

NB There is a possibility that you will have to register all your devices again after upgrade
