Registering and Renaming Activotes

I took 5 votes from all my cases to make a new set of votes. I cleared the hub (as these have multiple names of A32 ect) and registered them, in order, one by one. When finished, I said name them and assigned a prefix of A. Then a dialog box pops up saying registering devices and another one pops up saying wakeup your activotes OK Cancel. I know this means click a letter on each vote so it will say done. The problem is...the dialog box won't go away. I keep saying OK and it goes away for 1 second and then it is back. I keep clicking on the votes and can see done behind the dialog box but after # 11 it doesn't scroll down to see the word done because the dialog box has it frozen. If I click cancel a couple of times the dialog box finally disappears and I can scroll down pass #11 but I have to put the A prefix in again and restart the process with the next 11.

I am also realizing all the kits will have to be renamed or 32 will have to be renamed A0 as Inspire doesn't start with A1 (which doesn't make sense to me). Zero things are zero things.

Any suggestions software gurus? Additionally, one of my machines will NOT let me import the subject resources. Says import failed. I do have the latest software.
