View Full Version : memory error when opening ActiveInspire

Hello, I am a technition with the Kodiak Island Borough School District. we have a science teacher that is using active inspire software and student response hardware. As of today she is receiving the following memory error when launching ActiveInspire from the desktop: Inspire.exe application error 0x00443B20, does this mean anything to anyone? no hardware has been added or removed since it has stopped working. I am having her try removing and reinstalling the software, but I'm looking for other possible answers. Thanks!

after reinstalling software same error message arises. We then proceeded to swap machines with a totally different brand/model.....still the same error message. As it stands, this teacher purchased the promethean software against our standards policy, and we are unable to support it for her.

That's a strange one. You might want to put in a call to tech support on that one. The numbers are here:

I had that same problem...were you able to fix that and recover your flipchart?
