lost profile settings

Hi

I have a laptop with AS installed, when Im on the school network it pulls the toolstore settings down fine. However after synching and I am at home the laptop reverts to the shipped settings.

Any ideas?

Hello, Simon.

Although, you are log into the same profile, but it is a different account/profile. One is with network and other no network.

Therefore it is a different profile. I will recommend to go to Activstudio Dashboard -> Configure -> Load/Save profile -> Save My Profile as... under your network profile. Copy that file to a thumb drive. Restart the system without network, go to Activstudio Dashboard -> Configure -> Load/Save profile -> Load exisiting Profile and point it to your thumb drive.

That should work. But everytime you change the setting for one of the profile, you need to repeat the steps again to get the same result.
