Enabling Flipchart Summary

I don't have the feature in my studio settings to enable flipchart summary. I currently have Activstudio 2 Professional Edition. Am I missing an update?

Hi

As far as I am aware this has always been available within AS2... but just out of interest what version are you using.

Click on the Promethean Man>HELP>about : this will give you the version.

Just to be sure you have been "looking in" the right place....... Click on the Promethean Man then on Studio Settings and then on Flipchart and the option you require is at the bottom of the window...

I have version 2.0 (build 292). I've also attached a screen shot of my flipchart menu. Thanks.

The most up to date version is build 345... Can I suggest that you update to that before we "panic" ;) - as I was sure that this facility has always been available in AS2 - so if you update and it still ain't there (!) then we'll get someone higher up the food chain to comment :D

I think the clue from the screenshot (setting 'Flipchart Trashcan') is that you're running US version. I think the Flipchart Summary is not available for this region. I might be wrong though...!?

The flipchart summary is available for the USA. However, it may not have been in that version. I suggest you download an updated version of the software.
