Calibrating

I have vista business, activinspire 1.2 and can not calibrate. I also have to use a smartboard during the day so both programs are on my computer. The icon for calibrating does not show up in my system tray and when I hold the pen over the flame I hear a something but then nothing happens. Can anyone help? I have the latest drivers.:(

Is your ActivManager icon a flame or does it have a red x? If it has a red x then the board is not communicating with your computer. If it is a flame you should have an option there to callibrate.

so if it has a red x and is not communicating with the computer, what next? Everything appears to be hooked up correctly.

You might want to call tech support. It's probably a quick fix and they can help you narrow it down in a snap.
