I put a .wav file in my toolbar. Is there a way to make it so that windows media player wont pop up everytime I click on the file?

Here's a guess (cause I'm not a PC user)

Things you put on the third column of the toolbar are shortcuts to "things" outside of ActivInspire (typically other applications or websites.)

When you click on the .wav file on the toolbar, it tells the computer (not ActivInspire) to open the .wav file and that file type extension typically determines which application is the default to open which must be the case of Windows Media Player. You could possible tell your computer to use a different application to open when a .wav file is clicked on but I don't think that will make much difference.

But maybe others have other ideas??

What are you trying to do with that .wav file? Is it some warning sound when things get noisy? :D
