Activslate Problem

Hi! I am using Activstudio 3 on a computer running Windows XP at school. This past week, my activslate stopped working. I noticed that the bars (like the cell phone ones) are only showing 1 to 2 bars. Usually they show all of them. I installed the newest driver on my computer and this did not solve my problem. I unregistered and re-registered my activslate and this did not solve my problem.

Does anyone know what I can do? The tech. department in my district is usless.

Does the Activslate reacte the same to other computer? By default, as long as you can register your Activhub with Activslate, no matter how many signal bar you have, it should work.
