Browser Window Won't Move

When my browser window is open (using PC software), it will not pop back out of the way when I want to use the flipchart pages. I like this feature on the Mac software - and thought it was also on the PC software. Can someone tell me how to get it the browser window to pop out of the way?

As far as I know, it is on the PC also. Do you have the browser pinned down? Check to see if there is a yellow pushpin on the top of the browser? If so, click on it so that it turns white and click anywhere inside the flipchart page, and the browser should roll out of the way.
