I don't know if anyone can help me. I have installed Activ Inspire on a pc running Windows Vista and IE8. I had no apparent problems installing the software or entering the licence code but when I try to run it the dashboard appears and then the whole thing locks up. The only thing I can do then is to ctrl/alt/del and end the task from the task manager. Any ideas gratefully received.
