Bug that deletes pages

I duplicated a page several times in the Page Organiser, then went to page one of a presnetation I have been working on for several hours - and it was gone. I went back to the page organiser, and yes, it was definately gone. I undid about 10 steps and it eventually appeared. I then redid about 8 steps before it suddenly disappeared again. So from there, I again undid about 10 steps and it went again...I went forward about 8 until it reappeared. In otherwords, undo and redo disagreed as to when exactly the page was lost - and I definately didn't delete it by mistake.
Has anyone else come across this? Any solutions? ActivStudio2 Build 307.

I have tried and tried to install the patch, in conjunction with 2 different AS2 CDs in my CD drive, but I always get the following error message:

Error 1335. The cabinet file ‘PCW_CAB_Damily1’ required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error reading from the C-ROM, or a problem with this package.

The installation then stops and rolls back. Any suggestions? Can I get hold of a CD or download of the latest version of AS2?

I am sure someone more "techie" than me may come up with a solution, in the meantime I would suggest you send your details to us and we will send you the latest cd and see if we can sort it that way!

Does the update patch work with Australian versions? We are running build 307 and this bug is happening to us too. How do I know I'm running the UK version.

I have just been looking at a colleagues laptop which has lost the content from two large flipcharts. The pages show thumbnails of the work but almost all the pages are blank. Is this how the bug with AS2.0.307 manifested itself? She is using that version.

Is there anyway to recover any content? From the file size it appears that the photos are gone, but even if she could recover the text it would save a lot of repeated work.

I have attached the files.

Any suggestions appreciated.

They are completely gone, this is something I have noticed happening a few times in the last week (literally only a few times) but am quite keen to get to the bottom of, if you could submit a tech support query with this information, maybe we can get some more information about the system and what the teacher was doing.

I would be particularly interested in the dimensions, filesize and number of pictures used in this flipchart and where it was being saved in relation to the application.
