Hi Everyone,
A question for fellow trainers:
In the Level 3 course participants submit training flipcharts they will use for their school and district trainings.
More and more I am seeing videos (vodcasts) as part of the training flipchart.
THere is a trend, though, to replace step by step flipchart pages or practice pages and thorough page notes with these videocasts.
Are vodcasts good enough in your opinion? Is it okay not to have vodcasts? What balance of step by step instructions and vodcasts do you think is the right fit for a training flipchart.
If any of you are trainers for Promethean face to face or online courses, what requirements will you have for your training course participants?
Thanks,
Barbara
