Pen problems

Hi,

A couple people in my building are having trouble with the pen when using Inspire. We are not using the recognition tool during the lessons, just writing math problems, etc. with the pen but sometimes we can't read what we write. It almost seems like it is in recognition mode - and it will change what we write. This has happened several times to our Math teacher when writing a in an equation. I sometimes have strange lines, too.

Is it something in the program or the pen?

Did you try using the other pen? Each board should come with two pens.
The other thing to check would be that you have the latest software and dirvers. You can find driver updates in the support section of PrometheanPlanet.
