Pretty much any time I try to use promethean planet I end up waiting minutes for pages to load, or get errors. This is from a variety of computers and ISP providers.

Does Promethean have any plans to upgrade their server capacity?

Hopefully these changes are coming very soon as this is your primary point of customer support and at this point I have numerous teachers complaining that the site is unusable both at school and at home due to inordinate loading times, web page timeouts, and incomplete downloads of materials.

Would it be possible to throw some additional server capacity at this issue?

I visit the Planet at school and at home and use four different computers. The longest I have to wait is maybe 2 minutes on a bad day. I do understand how popular the Planet is and don't mind the wait. :p But will be happier when they are able to upgrade.

Hello.

The time you have to wait for the page to load will depend on both your computer and your connection speed, but as the previous poster commented, we are currently developing a brand new Planet which will handle the data and the traffic much more quicker.
